Your Home Value Report Every Six Months
Once we've met, we set you up with a new Home Value Report every six months. Each one shows you what has come on the market in the last six months, what has sold, and what it sold for, so you can watch your home's value and your neighborhood change over time.
If something comes up for sale in your immediate neighborhood, we usually let you know right away: "Hey, this one just went up for sale. We'll keep an eye on it." And in between, we're here for the small things. Should we paint? Is this a good color? Ask us whenever something comes up.
When the time does come, you'll already know your numbers, your house will already be on its way to ready, and deciding your next step, whether that's downsizing or trading up, will feel a lot less overwhelming.
