- Find the lot or the community. In a subdivision, or land we help you find and purchase.
- Meet the builder together. We're there for the meetings and the decisions, and we stay your liaison from there on.
- Choose your finishes with our recommendations.
- Inspect. A general home inspection, plus any others that apply.
- Close. Our sister Lauren keeps every deadline and document on track to closing day.
