Where New Construction Happens in Cuyahoga Falls

Most new construction in Cuyahoga Falls has been on the northwest side, in the Northampton area, where newer homes sit in small allotments with light HOAs. Northampton also kept special zoning to preserve some of its rural feel, so you'll find land there too.

How We Help You Build or Buy New

  • Your liaison with the builder. The builder's team works for the builder. We work for you, from the first meeting through the whole build.
  • Land. If you want to build outside a subdivision, we help you find and purchase it.
  • Finishes. We help you choose and tell you what we'd recommend.
  • Inspections. We always recommend a general home inspection on a new home, plus any others that apply.
