Investment Property in Cuyahoga Falls

Investment property in Cuyahoga Falls has been part of our business for years: single-family homes to renovate and resell, single-family rentals, and duplexes. The city's mix of older housing, from century homes to 1950s Heslops, gives investors plenty of homes where the right updates make a real difference.

Know the Number Before You Renovate

Before you spend on upgrades, we give you a Home Value Report showing what the Cuyahoga Falls market will allow and support. A basement, the school district, and which side of town all move the number here, so the comparables matter.

When the work is done, full staging by our in-house team is included in our fee for investment properties.

Fast Access in a Fast Market

With homes selling in days, speed matters. Between Abby's and Jessica's schedules, we get you into properties quickly, and our sister Lauren keeps every deadline on track once you're under contract.

Also ranches, colonials, split levels, and condos. Condominium allotments with HOAs. Newer builds on the northwest side in the Northampton area, in allotments with HOAs that are not very strict.
Why people choose it
Younger families and younger couples, drawn by affordability. Downsizers too.
