What Your Home Is Worth in Cuyahoga Falls

We meet at your home, compare it to real nearby sales, and estimate what you'd net.

Your Home Value in Cuyahoga Falls Starts at Your House

Your home value in Cuyahoga Falls depends on details an online estimate can't see. Does your Heslop have a basement? Is the century home near Front Street updated or original? Is the finished basement in public record? We meet at your home for every Home Value Report, because those details change the number.

What Makes Cuyahoga Falls Values Tricky

Two homes at the same square footage can be worth very different amounts here. The east side (44221) and west side (44223), Cuyahoga Falls City or Woodridge schools, a Northampton allotment with an HOA, a condo, or a home with more land all compare differently. We pick comparables by square footage, age, type of home, type of lot, and bedrooms and bathrooms, then we look at them together.

For context: in June 2026, the median Cuyahoga Falls home sold for $230,000 in 7 days, and price per square foot was up 13.5% from a year earlier. Market conditions can change, and your value depends on your specific home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my basement matter so much in Cuyahoga Falls?

Many Heslop homes on the east side were built without one, so a basement, especially a finished one, can set a home apart from its neighbors.
