Step by Step, Before You're in It
- Get pre-approved first so you know your buying power. We'll show you one home before you're pre-approved; after that, pre-approval comes first.
- Watch our buyer seminar and read our buyer guide, then bring us your questions.
- Get search alerts so you're first to know in a market where homes sell in days.
- Understand earnest money and inspections before you write an offer. Earnest money here is usually about 1% of the price, and most of our agreements include a 10-day inspection contingency.

- The homes
- Century homes, especially near Front Street and some of the numbered streets; some really well updated, some not touched in a while. Also ranches, colonials, split levels, and condos. Condominium allotments with HOAs. Newer builds on the northwest side in the Northampton area, in allotments with HOAs that are not very strict.
